2 Madison men arrested on suspicion of dealing heroin

MADISON, Wis. - Two Madison men were arrested on suspicion of heroin dealing in Westbrook Circle on Wednesday following an investigation by the Madison Police Department.

Juan R. Longino, 45, and Marc G. Craven, 49, were arrested by the Dane County Narcotics Task Force with assistance from the Madison Police Department's SWAT Team and Gang Unit. Search warrants were served on the two men's homes, resulting in the confiscation of a handgun, ammunition, cellphones, drug packaging and digital scales, among other items.

Longino is tentatively charged with three counts of delivery of heroin, possession of heroin and a parole hold.

Craven is charged tentatively with two counts of the delivery of heroin and party to a crime, possession of heroin with intent to deliver, felon in possession of a firearm and on a probation hold.

Both men were arrested without incident near their homes.
