MONROE, Wis. - A Monroe man is facing 10 charges relating to sexually exploiting a 16-year-old girl, according to a criminal complaint.
Justin C. Stocker is charged with exposing genitals, three counts of sexual intercourse with a child, two counts of sexual exploitation of a child by filming and four counts of possession of child pornography.
Investigators with the Monroe Police Department said Stocker admitted to the acts during an interview but said he did not know that the girl was underage.
Stocker told police he thought the girl may have been older because she drove a car, but also said that he had heard her talk about being in high school.
The man said he met the girl while he was working at Sugar River Raceway.
Stocker was in court Tuesday for his initial appearance. A signature bond was set at $2,500. He is ordered to have no contact with the victim or contact with any girls younger than 18 unless supervised.
He is scheduled to be in court again on June 21.
