Roads shut down as crews investigate gas leak at UW residence hall

MADISON, Wis. - Madison fire crews closed several downtown streets as they investigate a gas leak at Sellery Hall, a University of Wisconsin-Madison residence hall.

Officials said crews responded just after 3 p.m. to reports of a gas leak at the dorm.

Crews closed West Johnson Street and northbound Park Street at Dayton Street as they investigate the leak.

Firefighters are working with Madison Gas and Electric crews to isolate and close off the leak.
