Madison- The Badger football team is having a case of deja vu'.  Freshman linebacker Derek Watt is moving to fullback.  His older brother J.J. started his college career at tight end before switching to defensive end.  He was a first round draft pick of the Houston Texans, and he's quickly become one of the top young defensive players in the league.  Derek hopes his change helps him make an immediate impact for the Badgers.
