Green Bay- Packers head coach Mike McCarthy gave his annual season-ending news conference Wednesday at Lambeau Field. He said this year's team might have the highest "football IQ" of any of his Green Bay teams, and that he's proud of what this year's squad accomplished.  McCarthy was quick to add that he understands the disappointment surrounding how the season ended, but mentioned that the work on next year has already begun.

"The evaluation process starts now. This is really my first order of business- so you should feel good about being first in line if that does make you feel good.
We will start the process of change, adjustment, and emphasize just like I do each and every year. As we prepare to build a roster and try to adjust our  program for the 2015 season."
