Madison police said Bill Wenner-Say, 27, was wanted on a warrant for party to a crime of first-degree intentional homicide in the death of 19-year-old Antonio Perez, who police said was a rival gang member.
Perez was shot outside on the 2100 block of Fordem Avenue in April 2010. He was later pronounced dead at a hospital.
Arain Gutierrez, also known as Ivan Mateo-Lozenzo and believed to be 24 years old, was arrested in Cancun, Mexico, in December 2012. He’s charged with first-degree intentional homicide.
Three other suspects have already been sentenced for their roles in the shooting.
Details of Wenner-Say’s death were not immediately available.
Police said the U.S. Marshals Service and the Dane County District Attorney are assisting in the case.
