MADISON (WMSN) -- Several health insurance changes go into effect in the new year in Wisconsin, including a law that allows young adults to stay under their parents coverage until they turn 27.

Also, college students who were under the age of 27 when they deployed overseas can still be considered dependants when they return, and covered under their parent's health insurance policy.

Parents, though, are not required to add the adult children to their policies.
