Gophers upset ice cold Badgers at the Kohl Center

Ethan Happ led the Badgers with 17 points, but he was just 1-7 from the free throw line.

#22 Wisconsin couldn't rebound from an ice cold start, and lost their first home game of the season 59-52 to Minnesota.

The Badgers scored a season-low 14 points in the first half on 23% shooting. The Gophers led by 15 at the break, and they never surrendered the lead.

Wisconsin had won eight straight in the series.

Ethan Happ led the Badgers with 17 points, but he was just 1 of 7 from the free throw line. Wisconsin shot 7 of 17 as a team.

Minnesota was led by Amir Coffey's 21 points.

Wisconsin falls to 10-4, 2-1 in Big Ten play. Minnesota improves to 12-2, 2-1.
