Howard's 30 not enough vs. Michigan

Marsha Howard had a career-high 30 points vs. Michigan.

Naz Hillmon had 20 points and eight rebounds to lead the Michigan Wolverines to a 76-70 win over the Wisconsin Badgers in a Big Ten women's basketball game at the Kohl Center Sunday.

Marsha Howard had a career-high 30 points for Wisconsin (11-12 overall, 2-9 Big Ten) which dropped under the .500 mark for the first time this season.

Howard also had nine rebounds and was 11 of 15 from the free throw line.

Imani Lewis was the only other Badger to score in double figures with 15 points.

Michigan (14-9 overall, 5-6 Big Ten) got 12 points from Hallie Thome and 10 each from Nicole Munger and Hailey Brown.

Wisconsin's next game is next Sunday at Illinois.
