Madison- Things went from bad to worse Monday for the Wisconsin men's basketball team.
The Badgers led 50-40, but Nebraska dominated the final ten minutes to earn a 74-63 victory- their first win in Madison since 1990.
Ethan Happ poured in 25 points, 10 rebounds, and 6 assists for Wisconsin, but he was only 8 of 19 from the free throw line. Khalil Iverson was the only other Badger in double-figures with 13 points.
James Palmer, Jr. had a game-high 28 points for the Huskers. Isaac Copeland had 17 points and 5 rebounds for Nebraska, who only committed six turnovers.
Wisconsin falls to 10-13 overall, 3-7 in Big Ten play. The Huskers improve to 17-8, 8-4.
