No charges for Wisconsin's Davis

Davis was suspended for the first two games of the the season. He caught five touchdown passes last year.{ }

Madison - No criminal charges will be filed against Wisconsin sophomore receiver Danny Davis, according to Dane County District Attorney Ismael Ozanne.

Davis' name appeared in a criminal complaint against teammate Quintez Cephus. Cephus is facing second and third-degree sexual assault charges that are tied to an April incident. His arraignment is scheduled for October 11th.

Badgers head coach Paul Chryst suspended Davis for the first two games of this season.

He caught 26 passes for 418 yards and 5 touchdowns as a freshman.
