Packers win preseason opener

Green Bay - Aaron Rodgers wore a baseball cap and long sleeve t-shirt as he watched the Packers win their preseason opener 31-17 over the Tennessee Titans.

Green Bay also rested left tackle David Bakhtiari, guard Lane Taylor, tight end Jimmy Graham, and receiver Randall Cobb.

Packers back-up quarterback Brett Hundley was 9 of 14 passing for 108 yards, one touchdown, and one interceptions in two possessions. DeShone Kizer went 9 of 18 for 134 yards.

Number one receiver Davante Adams caught two passes for 57 yards, including a 48-yard grab that set up the Packers' first TD. Former UW-Whitewater standout Jake Kumerow hauled in a 52-yard touchdown strike from Tim Boyle to cap the Packers' scoring. Kumerow had three grabs for a total of 76 yards.

The Packers host the Pittsburgh Steelers next Thursday.
