Hernan Perez started his 2019 spring training with a bang. The Brewers utility player drove in seven runs in his first appearance, and the Brewers pounded the Rangers 10-1.
Perez hit a three-run homer and a three-run double in his first game action since offseason hand surgery. He was bothered by a nagging right wrist injury, so doctors removed a small bone in the wrist to relieve pressure.
The procedure was done on Halloween, and Perez spent November in rehab mode. He says the wrist feels "100%."
