Badgers center Tyler Biadasz declared for the 2020 NFL Draft on Wednesday afternoon, announcing his decision via Twitter.
"Thank you Wisconsin for all the great memories and letting me fulfill my lifelong dream of being a Badger. I look forward to competing at the highest level. The NFL has always been my biggest dream and I can’t thank enough all the people that helped me along the way. #GodisGood"
Biadasz joins teammates Jonathan Taylor and Quintez Cephus in choosing to leave Madison a year early in the past week.
The Amherst, Wisconsin, native, redshirted his freshman season in 2016 but started all 14 games the following year. He started all 41 games in his Badgers career. Biadasz underwent hip surgery last spring, but still went on to be the Badgers’ first Rimington Trophy winner, the award given to the country’s best center. He was also named first team all-American.
The deadline to declare for the NFL Draft in Jan. 20.
