MADISON. Wis. — Police say they arrested three teenagers on the east side Wednesday night for driving a stolen car.

According to the police report a sergeant noticed a dark gray Mercedes with no registration plates being driven recklessly on Milwaukee street. It happened around 6:45 pm near Olbrich Gardens.

The officer says the car sped down Milwaukee street after noticing the squad car. It then collided into another car’s rear.

The occupants then got out of the car to try and get away from officers.

Police say they were found in the neighborhood vicinity and taken into custody. They then discovered the Mercedes had been stolen.

The teenagers include two 15-year-olds and a 16-year old.
